8th Grade recognition will at on May 11 be 6:30 pm in the CHS gym. Students will need to arrive at 6 pm.
CVMS students will be taking the DESE recommended CDT assessment next week. This is assessment is online and aligned with the Missouri Learning Standards.
Quarter 3 ends on March 10. As a reminder, please enroll in our online grading system. CVMS has transitioned to electronic grades. This system allows you to check grades on a daily basis. It also offers email reminders for grade changes. If you would like to request a paper grade card, please contact the office at 816.882.1041.
CVMS participated in the statewide tornado drill on Tuesday morning 10 am. Students and staff did an excellent job of following and meeting building expectations. Our Dragons are AMAZING!!!!!!!!!
Attention 8th grade parents- The 8th grade career field trip is coming up March 23rd. Permission slips were given to students on Monday March 6th and are due by Friday March 10th. Permission slips must be turned in and on time to attend. Students are being reminded of this daily via the morning announcements.
IMPORTANT: School is dismissed at 12:26 pm on Thursday, March 2. There is not school on Friday, March 3.
Student-Led Conferences are on Thursday beginning at 12:30 pm. We strongly encourage you and your student to attend to celebrate successes and set learning goals. Please plan to arrive no later than 8 pm to ensure ample time to complete the conference. Thank you, in advance, for your patience with parking. Between conferences at all four buildings and the district basketball tournament at CHS, parking will be tight. See you there!!
