School starts tomorrow!!!! We are all so excited. We can’t wait to see everyone! CVMS doors open at 7am. Here are a few friendly reminders to help the day go smoothly.
Want to meet the teachers? Come to Open House on Thursday, August 23, from 5:30-7:30 pm. This is a night to view the school and make a face-to-face connection with your student’s teacher. Please make arrangements to arrive no later than 7pm to ensure ample time to meet all instructors. If you want to have a private conversation about your specific student, please schedule a time to connect with them via a separate meeting or phone conversation. This will help us honor your student’s confidential information.
Friday is the first home CHS football game. It starts at 7 pm. Expectations will be revisited with students at lunch on Friday. Students are expected to remain in their seat unless using the restroom or purchasing items from the concession stand. Disruptive behaviors and/or not following the rules could lead to the student being asked to leave. Please visit with your child about appropriate behavior before the game.
Picture day is Monday, August 27. Picture forms will be sent home on the first day of school.
